Adventure Park GoPark

1. Getting started with the services

Activities at the Gopark Adventure Park can be booked without prior registration and with advance reservation. You can make reservations or pay for activities on site or online at www.gopark.fi. Gopark activities are available for booking for all customers over 18 years of age (for exceptions, see the Age Limits section). By paying for the service, the customer accepts these terms of service and confirms that they have read GoPark's safety instructions.

2. Participation, reservations and cancellations

You can participate in all services without prior reservation, if there is space. The right to reserve is personal and the customer is bound by GoPark's terms of service. Reservations can be made www.gopark.fi on the website, on site or by phone during opening hours. See cancellation policy below.

3. Services to communities

Companies and communities have the opportunity to support the mobility of their personnel/members by, for example, entering into an invoicing agreement with GoPark for season tickets tailored to companies, or by ordering your own sports services or workplace well-being events for the community. 4. Insurance

GoPark's services do not include insurance. The customer must arrange for the necessary accident insurance, which also covers water sports.

5. Age limits

The age limit for the SUP, canoe, kayak and fat bike activities offered by GoPark is 12 years. Under 12 years of age, with parental consent. 

Water park restrictions: non-swimmers only with an adult over 18 who supervises the child in the water park. The supervisor also buys a wristband for the water park. Swimmers under 12 years of age under the supervision of an adult supervising from the beach. 

Touhupark: use of the jumping tower is only permitted for those over 10 years of age. Children are under the supervision and responsibility of an adult in the activity park.

6. Service provision and periods

GoPark's offerings and opening hours will be reduced as customer numbers decrease, depending on the weather.

7. GoPark's obligations

GoPark offers its users a variety of high-quality water sports and exercise services that promote well-being. GoPark ensures that the exercise facilities and equipment are in proper condition and safe for users.

Gopark is bound by all obligations stated in the terms of service. GoPark reserves the right to cancel, among other things, water park, SUP, canoe, kayaking, sauna services, etc., in the event of weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances and if required. GoPark does not accept liability for personal injury or material damage to visitors or their personal property, unless the damage has occurred due to the negligence of the service provider.

8. Customer responsibilities

When using the sports services, you must act with consideration for other users of the services, follow the instructions given by GoPark, and act with safety considerations in mind. The customer is obliged to familiarize himself/herself with the GoPark safety instructions and undertakes to comply with them.

If the equipment you rented is not returned, you are obligated to reimburse the full purchase price of the unreturned product.

9. Payment in the online store

Payment

The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service, and the recipient of the payment appears on the bank statement and invoice as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information regarding the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the payment transaction information.

The transaction is between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment payment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuusbankkit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Alisa Lasku and Alisa Yrityslasku.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the application settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment fails to be charged to the payment card, payment with the MobilePay wallet in the online store is not possible.

OP Invoice – A flexible way to pay for online purchases. For customers of all banks. With OP Invoice, you can make purchases of up to 5,000 euros and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the invoice into several payment installments. Your purchases are displayed in one place, so you can easily stay informed about how you are spending your money. With a credit limit, you can keep your spending within the limits you want. You can conveniently receive invoices in your email. In our online service, you can see information about your OP Invoice usage and the amount of your purchases. You can use OP Invoice if you are over 20 years old and have a Finnish bank domain name. Alisa Lasku is a flexible and secure payment method. The payment method is suitable for all consumers over 20 years of age for all types of purchases. If you wish, you can divide the invoice into smaller parts and pay back in up to 60 installments. For more information about Alisa Lasku, please visit: https://www.alisapanka.fi/

Alisa Yrityslasku is a flexible and secure payment method for companies. The payment method is suitable for all Finnish companies, regardless of their company form. The buyer's right to purchase is fully verified digitally and the purchase transaction only takes a few minutes. 10. Payment and cancellation terms for reservations

Please always arrive well in advance of the start of your reservation, no later than 15 minutes before your turn, so that we can review the safety instructions and put on the right equipment to ensure your comfort. The customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the content of the event being booked and to notify GoPark of any errors in it before accepting payment. The contract is concluded when the customer accepts GoPark's offer or otherwise orders the event. Invoicing is based on the offer accepted by the customer. Invoices are issued before the event date.

If the cancellation occurs later than 30 days, but no later than 14 days before the event, we will try to find a new time for the event/service. If a new time cannot be found, we will charge a cancellation fee of 25 % of the event price. If the cancellation occurs later than 14 days, but no later than 48 hours before the event/service, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50 % of the event price. If the event/service is canceled later than 48 hours before the event, we will charge the full price of the event according to the contract. No refunds will be made for unused services. No refunds will be paid in cases of force majeure.

GoPark has the right to cancel the event on the same day if, for example, the service cannot be carried out safely due to weather conditions or other unexpected situations. The aim is to postpone the service and find a new time for the customer to use the service. Services do not have an actual right of return. Unused ticket products are not returned. In force majeure situations, there is no refund for ticket products, but the transfer of the ticket product to another time is the priority. If the outage is due to reasons beyond the control of the staff, such as changing weather conditions or other unexpected situations, the ticket product does not have a right of return, but a transfer to another time is possible.  

We do not return unused or expired day tickets or 50-, 100-, season tickets or gift cards. However, the minimum charge for returns to the customer is always at least 5€.

11. Cancellation of services by the GoPark adventure park

  • Cancellations of guided group and individual services due to instructor or other obstacles will be announced on social media. In cases of force majeure (sudden illness/injury, unexpected situations, technical problems with the facility, etc.)
  • Events/tours often have a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the event/tour will be cancelled. We aim to notify customers of cancellations at least 24 hours before the start of the event. It is worth ensuring that the event/tour will take place. gopark.fi -page under the relevant class schedule. If the event/trip is cancelled, the customer can request a refund from the customer service point.
  • Complete closure of premises / reduction of opening hours: Different opening hours (e.g. holidays) will be announced on social media channels.

The terms of service are valid until further notice.
